General Terms By purchasing a ticket or merchandise through singaporesabercon.com, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver SaberCon 2026 is an interactive event that includes physical activities such as Saber Choreography, Dueling Tournaments, and Live-Action Roleplay (LARP). By participating in these activities, attendees acknowledge that physical exertion and simulated combat carry inherent risks. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation. SMX Industries Collective, Valis Academy, Veritas Productions, and the venue (*SCAPE) shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during the event.

Event Conduct & Harassment Policy SaberCon 2026 is an inclusive, community-driven event. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, unsafe physical behavior, or disruption of the event narrative and operations. The Organizers reserve the right to immediately eject any disruptive attendee, vendor, or participant from the venue without a refund.
