Refund policy

Event Tickets & Passes All ticket sales for paid experiences, including The Forge (Saber-Building Workshop), The Academy (Choreography), and Sector 65 Roleplay, are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, your tickets are fully transferable to another person. Please ensure the new ticket holder presents the original booking confirmation email at the registration desk upon arrival.

Merchandise & Pre-Orders All merchandise and hardware pre-orders are strictly non-refundable. We only allow exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect.

• Inspection: Customers must thoroughly inspect all merchandise and hardware upon receipt at the event Supply Depot.

• Exchange Process: If a defect is verified, an exchange will be arranged. Because some custom items require a manufacturing lead time, the replacement product will be delivered directly to your provided address at no additional shipping charge once it is ready.
